For orders in the United Kingdom, European Union, Hong Kong, Singapore & Malaysia, please visit the Pressio specific online stores. For orders outside these regions, please visit the global store.
Domestic Delivery - New Zealand
We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday, within 1-2 business days from receiving your order and 2-5 days for Rural areas. Orders placed on public holidays will be sent out within the next two working days. During National and State-specific public holidays or busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
What is Authority to Leave?
Our orders are sent with Authority to leave. This means that New Zealand Post will leave your order for you in a safe place if you are not available to sign for your order. The team at PRESSIO works hard to deliver orders within the given timeframes. Postal delays are out of our control, and unfortunately, refunds or cancellations are not permitted if the shipment arrival times exceed the estimated times outlined or are damaged as a result of your parcel being left without a signature.
Delivery on Public Holidays?
Unfortunately, we are unable to be delivered on a public holiday. If you place your order on an Auckland Public Holiday, then it will be processed and dispatched until the next business day. During National and State-specific public holidays or busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is assigned to every order as soon as it has been dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email stating that your parcel is on its way. This email will also have your tracking number, so it's really important that the email address is entered correctly when the order is placed.
Do you ship to PO Box Numbers?
No, unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please use a street address when placing your order to avoid delays.
International Delivery
All international orders are sent via DHL, a fast and premium door-to-door courier service. With DHL, you can check the status of your shipment at any time. DHL's online tracking gives you real-time, detailed progress for your parcel. Notifications keep you informed of shipment progress and scheduled delivery—flexible delivery options, including authorizing delivery without collecting a signature. What are the expected delivery times?
Australia
We aim to deliver your order within a specific timing for different regions in Australia:
NSW: 1-3 working days
VIC: 2-4 working days
TAS (excluding rural areas): 3-5 working days
QLD (excluding far North Queensland): 2-3 working days
SA (excluding remote areas): 2-4 working days
NT: 3-6 working days
WA (excluding remote areas): 4-5 working days.
The USA and other international orders
For international orders, please allow an estimated 3-6 working days for Metro areas.
Please note, these timeframes are once your order has been dispatched by us. We generally allow 24 hours for dispatch during sales or promotional periods; this may be slightly longer.
How much is international shipping costs?
The USA - USD$10 for orders below USD$75, Free for orders over USD$75
For international orders, please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional shipping fees or tariffs on top of postage charges. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. When duty/tax is charged at checkout, there will be no additional fees for delivery.
